Well I have been claiming my cellphone for over 4 weeks now. At first when I made a claim i was asked to confirm my IMEI Number more than 3 times because I was told that the IMEI number I supplied was wrong. On the third time when I supplied the IMEI number, i triple checked the number only to find out that the number was right all along. Now it was very unprofessional for a company that represents cell c.
It certainly seems as if the claims consultants are getting paid commission for every claim they do not honour. The reason is because the company was using every stalling technique to not honour my claim.
Now that they honoured the claim, i have a huge problem with actually getting the phone on my hands. I was supposed to receive the phone at the branch yesterday. Now i just tried to call c surance consultant 30 minutes ago, the guy actually told me that he will call in 5 minutes but over 30 minutes have gone pass.
The cell c service is way below ridiculous if there is a word for that, i thought having cell c as an insurance company for my phone was going to be cheaper and trustworthy but clearly i was wrong
