Yet to hear anything furthe

I was told, after I logged a complaint about poor signal, that my area is know for being in a poor reception spot and that the tower that is being planned may take months or longer becasue of third party involvement.

I was also told that I may have the option of cancelling my contract to move to another provide without penalties, or get a discount; lastly I was told someone will come back to me.

And so I wait...
