STILL no resolution to my first complaint!

I wonder if I will ever get any kind of response to my complaint Vodam: EC-ZGI1-2XU6BV RE: Hellopeter complaint. I got one phone call and she said she'd phone me back in two minutes last week and I'm still waiting. Please refer to the emails I have sent.
