We purchased this MTN USB Modem, or commonly called a dongle, on Saturday at Edgars at The Grove in Pretoria, South Africa. We found that our SIM card is not compatible and tried to return it this morning, two days after purchase. They claim that they do not return cell phones. We had to RICA the device, but it is NOT a cell phone or damaged in any way.
Any help as to how we could return this new R600.00 device would be greatly appreciated.
