Billed for two lines

I have reported my Cell C matter on HelloPeter 2 weeks ago regarding the two lines that they are billing me for and yet I only have one line with cell c. They have taken my name to ITC for the account that I'm not responsible for and since I've reported the matter to HelloPeter Cell C hasn't come back to me yet to give feedback on what is happening with the complaint I laid. Please help.
