I upgraded my contract and took the blackberry 9360 curve, my BBM was not working and overheating my phone at a stage took it to the Vodacom store, for them to sort out the problem, they couldn't fix it and had to book my phone in for repairs. Eventually I got my phone back, then a while not too long then the same problems occurred.

They told me the problem will be fixed, this is quite irritating, for me to go to the store every time this happen.

I need some feedback, with regards to this problem. ASAP!
