Cellc is not getting back to me on my queries, it is now the second month? n which i receive my statements then my call charges are double than normal, and all the calls shown on the statement accordingt o Cellc has been made on the excatly the same day and same time, and this tells me that there is a problem with their system, as I have never had a huge cell phone bill, and this also makes it difficult to control!! Last month I have changed my phone to a Blackberry, and the lady at Cell c told me that my Whats up and BBM will be unlimited but I will just pay a monthly fee of R35, but now I am being billed for almost R100 of sms's which I have not made, but I can only assume that this is for the Whats up service.

Their service is lately pathetic, and at this stage I will NOT upgrade my service again.
