Wrong package delivered & now no customer service

I applied for a Cell C contract and phone deal online. I submitted the online application for LG L3 Dual Sim on Straight up 50 for R69/m. Application was processed over the phone as promised. RAM came to my delivery address on Friday 19.04.2013. I signed for the 2 boxes. In the 2 boxes I found 2 x LG L3 (single sim) plus 4 x sim cards!!! I was only meant to receive 1 phone and 1 sim card. I called Cell C Direct with no answer after holding 30 minutes plus. I spoke to the queries department twice with being given different information on both occassions. I then called Cell C Direct yesterday with my Query ref # as advised by the agent on Friday. Still no answer after holding for a lenghty period. I also submitted my query by mail and sms on both Friday and Monday which I have still not been contacted for. I then went to a Cell C outlet who advised me to dial 084 145 Option 3 who would surely assist me. I have now called again and held again and still no assistance!!!
I want to return the wrong phones and receive the package I was meant to receive in the first place.
I was feeling so positive about moving to Cell C but after this I am having serious doubts!!!
