UNABLE TO CONNECT LINES

I have paid my account on 01/02/2013. My 2 lines were cut on 05/02/2013. Reconnected after I sent proof of payment. Cut again on 07/02/2013. Reconnected after I spent more that 30 mins phoning from another cell phone line (they even suspend their own service line...) and today 15/02/2013 it has been cut again. Can they please employee people that know what they are doing??? I had to change banks because a previous employee of Virgin Mobile took my banking details when he left their employment and consistantly put debit orders through my account which is impossible to stop. All I want is my lines to work without having to prove to them every week that it has been paid 2 weeks ago! I am sick and tired of phoning these. You have my money!!! switch on my phones!!!
