I signed up with Web Africa on a hosting package and have had problems from day one.
I have tried contacting them via online support (live chat), email and by phone. Nothing happened with the online support, I just waited until I had to leave a query. No response via email and when you call in you hold on for a long time before being asked to leave a voice-mail with your query and contact details.
I have pulled my hair out trying to reach Web Africa and have already decided to leave them for another hosting company, I have been with Web Africa for only 4 days and have decided to leave because of their non existent support.
I hope prospective clients will read this before joining them, they may 'offer more' for a better price but the rand value will not be the price you will have to pay.
