I went onto Hertz website beginning of last week to book a car which i had a query with the booking before i booked, so i see on their website it says "click here for live chat support" which i did but then it takes you to an enquiry page where you have to send an enquiry then you get a message back saying "Thank you for your email we will contact you as soon as possible" which since then has not happened. How pathetic already im getting no service, id hate to know what would happen if i have to confirm a booking and arrive at my destination to collect my car, probably get some sorry excuse from them. Shocking service from a car rental company
