I bought a modem at Cell C. I use Windows 8 and I was not told that the Nokia modem is not compatible with it. I went back and asked for a refund, everything was processed, but the money is not being transferred. They promised two days and now it is almost two weeks. Every time I call, they tell me that the person who is supposed to help is not available.
I am not looking for this person, I just want Cell C to process my money.
