This matter is STILL NOT RESOLVED. We are losing business! Countless clients and suppliers complain that theyre unable to get through to our lines, that it just rings, yet, I am sitting here, by the phone and it doesn't ring. This is unacceptable. I shall lodge another complaint. Since August 2012 I have lost so, so, so much due to Telkom. It's disgusting. Note the number no one can get through to is 0219454185, 3629 is also still NOT fixed. I am appauled!
