We are from Wilgewandel Holidayfarm, a high profile tourist attraction situated 2 km from the Cango Caves, Oudtshoorn.
We had been experiencing problems with our telephone lines for the last 6 days now. On Friday, 15/11/2013, Monday, 18/11/2013 and Wednesday, 20/11/2013 we did report the faults concerning our telephones to the telkom fault and repair centre at the numbers 012 321 0212 and 10210. After receiving the necessary reference numbers NO TECHNICIAN so far had arrived to repair our phones. This is really very bad service and customer support from Telkom. We are losing business every day due to the bad customer support from Telkom.
