Laughing, uncaring and arrogant staff

On 10/3/2013 I purchased an anti-glare screen guard from Cell C Rosebank. I spent an amount of R348 - the item in question came to R49. Albeit I followed the instructions to the letter wrt to applying the screen guard, I could not remove a sticker from the screen guard, which rendered the product unusable. As a result of time constraints and the general poor state of the Rosebank Mall, I was only able to return the product (together with all original packaging, receipt etc.) on 9/4/2013. As I have Parkinson's disease my patience is at best limited when dealing with incompetent staff, but what I experienced on that day must list as the worst example of customer service I have ever seen - the sales person refused to listen to my complaint, refused to refund my purchase and initially refused to provide me with her name. Judging by the immaturity displayed by the entire sales team (who obviously found me very amusing) I asked to see the manager in charge, who was then phoned. I do not know where he/she was, but he evidently told "Miss Monalisa Ramatlo" to reveal her identity to me and simply left it at that. All in all, an extremely embarrassing and humiliating experience.
