I purchased a Mica Beauty Mineral Foundation from the Mica Beauty Shop at the Westwood Mall in Durban. I decided to return the product and took it back to the store. However the sale consultants were reluctant to accept the product and process a refund. I was informed that I would have to contact their manager for a refund. The sales consultant refused to call his manager and after initially providing me with an incorrect cell number for the manager, I was given the correct number to call. I have called the manager numerous times and have also sent through emails indicating that I wish to return the product. The manager, Danielle insisted that I could not return the product and when I mentioned that the receipt indicated that I could return the product within 7 days and that the law allows for the return of purchase, she refused to accept this and threatened me with her lawyers. The manager never returns my calls and I am still waiting for a reply as to when my refund will be processed. These sale consultants are a rip off and are not to be trusted. The Westwood Mall management should be aware that the Mica Beauty sales consultants are misleading the customers that shop at the mall
