I HAD PURCHASED A PHONE FROM ABOVE ON17/08/2013 AND FOUND THIS TO BE DEFECTIVE THE BATTERY DID NOT LAST FOR 24HRS ON CHARGE I TOOK IT IN FOR REPAIRS AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT BACK AS YET I WAS PROMISED IT WOULD TAKE 3-5DAYS.I HAD TAKEN IT IN ON 26/08/2013 THE AREA MANAGER (BILLIE-0715176236) REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND AS I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PHONE AND REQUESTED A REFUND SO I COULD PURCHASE ANOTHER PHONE BUT NOT FROM CNA THE MANAGER INSISTED I WAIT TILL TUESDAY FROM MY PHONE AND WAS VERY RUDE AND ARROGANT PLEASE HELP ME GET A REFUND
