I've got a 4 Meg line with Telkom that goes down in the evenings to .6 meg instead of 4 meg and the ping time go up to 527 milliseconds where the norm should be around 16-25 m/s. I did log a fault but to no avail. Someone called me once and never again and I'm still battling with the problem. This as close to as can be - to sell 4 Meg and only provide .6 Meg. I did change to another service provider but the problem still persist
