I'd like to take this opportunity to applaud Nombulelo Vavane, MTN Century City, Brendan Neethling-MTN V&A Waterfront and Andre Theron-CIP Administrator- MTNSP Innovation Cntr in Jhb for their continuous outstanding customer service.
I have only met Brendan at the W/Front branch about a week ago and may i add that it was in fact the very first time at that particular branch that i actually left the store as a satisfied customer thanks to the eagerness of this young man who quickly solved an issue that would have taken a few more months had i opted to wait for the Samsung specialist who was just never there.
Nombulelo Vavane at Century City is an absolute star and deserves praise for her boundless effort to always keep her customers happy. I am sure that the staff at Canal Walk branch and the infamous Zane Dreyer could learn quite a bit from Nombulelo and Andre Theron (In Jhb) who have always gone beyond the call of duty to keep customers satisfied. I sincerely hope that the meritorious efforts of these three people are acknowledged by Senior Management at MTN. After16 years of being an MTN client, i have finally had customer satisfaction since having met Andre And Nombulo 2yrs ago.
