I have a contract wiht MTN of R 50. per month. I am not using my SIM card since January 10, 2013. When i use my SIM on the 1 July 2013 i found no airtime. it has been taken by the company call Mira networking or Kulaville. I never subscribe wiht them and i do not know what is that. I ask for a refund but they refuse to refund me. I am told that i subscribe wiht them for R 7 per day for some junk. They say the SMS was sent to me to cancle this ad. but nothing was sent to me. I sent them several emails requesting for my refund but they refused. This doggy companies are our money. Something should be done. At my age I will subscribe any entertainment. Funniy email was sent to me as a proof of subscription and I cannot even read those emails. This thing happened to my SIM card last year from August to December als a funy company and I was refunded. But know I am told that I will neveer be refudned beacouse I subscribed with them. I repeat they are laying, this people are from the poor old citizen.
My refund is from January 2013 to date, total amount of R 300. I even cancel my contract with MTN . Please help me to exposed this crokcs. Thanks for your help
