I have a serious issue with Opera Telecom. First of all I would really like to know who gave Opera Telecom permission to take monies off my MTN account? Certainly not me! Airtime once topped up by MTN disappears within days. Today without making one call it was reduced by R20.00. Having complained to Alech Autopage Cellular in Bayside the very helpful staff sent an email to MTN requesting details of any wasp accounts, and asked them to remove them to prevent Opera Telecom from deducting any further amounts - I am told they are called wasp accounts. MTN sent a reply with the details as [URL Removed] Telephone number 0114827272 and one other number. Neither of which exist. I then asked Altech Autopage to contact MTN again and insist they block these unscrupulous people from my money! They again did that. The staff at Bayside are extremely helpful don't get me wrong but head office is doing nothing to stop this from happening. I have never ever agreed to this contract and I would actually like to be refunded of all the monies they have from my account. Someone please sort this out!!! Next I tackle MTN & Altech Autopage on here if I don't get a result
