Change of Ownership but HotLined

I first need to say: Thanks Martinique of the Silverton Branch, you did your utmost best to assist us!!! Not even a CellC Branch Employee could break through all the reference numbers and CellC's cul de sac's to solve our problem.

My father had a contract with CellC but passed away. Mother is interested in keeping her number. She paid the outstanding balances for both phones for two months now. But the numbers are registered hotlined and with the redtape the one dept cannot do something if the other did not do something else. And in the meantime Matinique (Silverton Branch) is sitting with the completed change of ownership forms but nothing can be processed.

And this month is creaping to its end and early next month Norma will calling again without simpathy or empathy in her voice, for the outstanding balance my deceased father is owing CellC.

I think it is unfair that my mother needs to pay for CellC part in the delay in change of ownership. CellC's Customer Service really is a disappointment!!!
