IM ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED WITH CELL C. I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH CELL C FOR THE PASS 6 YEARS & NEVER BEEN TREATED THIS WAY. I RENEWED MY CONTRACT IN NOVEMBER 2013 & THE END OF NOVEMBER I RECEIVED A CALL FROM CALL CENTER - STATING I OWE R 3900 FOR DATA USAGE- WHAT I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND I HAVE 2 GIGS OF DATA - OR BIS AS IT IS A BLACKBERRY PHONE WHICH WAS USED. I RECEIVED A CALL TODAY FROM THE CUSTOMER CARE TECHNICAL STAFF STATING THIS AMOUNT IS VALIDATED VERY RUDELY I MUST SAY AFTER TRYING TO DEDUCT THE AMOUNT IN DECEMBER 2013 EVEN THOUGH IT IS STILL NOT RESOLVED. - WHICH IS TRULY DISHONEST. I DIDN'T EVEN FINISH THE 2 GIG. I CHECKED WITH MTN & VODACOM, TELKOM & EVEN @ BRANCHES OF CELL C - I'M BEEN BILLED FOR SERVICES THAT ARE ON BIS - PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK ON BIS.
