Still no reply from cell c

A letter to cell c no reply Good morning . it has been over a week since you as cell c have tried to contact me, and up till now no further correspondence, I take this as no interest from you to resolve this matter.

Furthermore I spoke to one of your consultants on the 140 helpline and she managed to give me the info in regards to the price of data in the united kingdom, I find it hard to understand why I (and other unsuspecting customers of cell c) must pay the top rate for data when MY new smart phone conveniently selects the most expensive network in the UK and I (we) must pay these exorbitant fees with no proof or justification. I would without hesitation be willing to pay R17 a MD as charged by a service provider in the UK, but it seems to me that between cell c and the overseas service provider you will charge ME (us) the most in order to fill your back pockets.

I am not satisfied with the fact I have to wait so long for Escalated Queries to come back to me with some form of resolve, and thus am of the impression that myself Paul De Abreu is not valued by cell c, and as far as I'm aware have been a loyal customer who has never before had issues paying my account.
