PATHETIC SERVICE AND INCOMPETENCE

I have had the worst experience from the staff and manager at greenstone i have requested to port my number from 8TA to Vodacom maybe the biggest mistake ever i have been given the run around from 8TA no fault of mine. The manager then calls ne today and threatens to open up a new line with a new number i did not sign any legal documents stating that i would like a new number therefore i feel that this is unacceptable i am really and truly disappointed in the service of south Africa's leading cellular network and the staff that work for them i was repeatedly threatened by the manger that he will open up a new line and number if i could not get port confirmation today this has been the worst experience ever with any service provider i was then threatened that i have to return the phone today or else a new line will be open once again really unethical because of the incompetence of the staff member that had given me the phone before the activation of the port had taken place i am in this position i will never recommend Vodacom to anybody as i would not want anybody i Know to experience pathetic service like this i have also been put at a financial and business loss due to the above!!
