I took out Data bundle with a modem a month ago. Service worked great until it stopped completely this morning. On phoning the call centre I found out I somehow ran up an invoice of almost R12k. I tried getting hold of the agent that sold me the contract but he is on leave and the receptionist said she will escalate the matter. I asked them to regard it as urgent as I need this data line for work.
The first call to call centre was at 7:30 this morning. I finally got hold of receptionist in Cape region at 9:30. It is now 13:00, I have been trying for last 15 minutes to get hold of receptionist/anyone to get an update as I am still without service and have received no feedback.
