On Monday, 16 December, we purchased a tv cabinet and carpet from House and Home in the Kolonnade centre. The salesman who assisted us was Richard. His service was excellent. Stock had to ordered from Jo'burg and Richard informed us that it should be at the branch within a week.By Wednesday, the stock arrived and Richard contacted me to inform me that the stock has arrived. We took delivery that evening. Richard phoned after 30 minutes to find out if we are happy with the purchase, if everything is in order and if there is anything he can assist with.
We would like to commend the fantastic service provided by Richard. Very rarely, if not ever, does a salesman contact later in the evening to find out if the client is happy. Thank you Richard. We really appreciate your excellent customer service!
