I'm really annoyed, and frustrated with the way this Company is trying to gain cash from me, Do yo guys think that I'm a cow that produces money??? Last year I took a loan with yo guys for R3000 and I went under debt review but those people were as well and didnt pay my creditors,
Cancelled them and I've asked for my settlement letter after a representative from you came to my work place and gave me my balance which was R5600 and that was in Feb, to my suprise the very same I was garnished and last week I asked for my settlement letter and to my SHOCK I now owe this company R8000 PLUS, WHAT THE??? I REQUESTED A BREAK DOWN AND QUERIED THIS WITH THE LADY WHO FOWARDED THE SETTLEMENT LETTER AND SHE ADVISED THAT SHE ESCALATED IT AND SOMEBODY WAS GONNA COME BACK TO ME.
I WANT TO KNOW HOW CAN I TAKE A LOAN ON R3000 AND END UP PAYING CLOSE TO R9000 IT JUST DOESNT MAKE SENSE, WHAT ABOUT THE MONEY THAT YOUVE ALREADY DEDUCTED FROM MY WAGE... I NEED ANSWERS AND I NEED THEM TODAY... YOU PEOPLE ARE NOTHING BUT, I WANT THE BREAKDOWN OF THE SETTLEMENT LETTER SENT TO ME OTHERWISE IM TAKING THIS HIGHER AND WILL EXPOSE YOU TO MEDIA.I'M REALLY NX.
