I upgraded my Cell C contract today and Richard Archbell assisted me. What an amazing young man! He knows his products, he knows the system, he have excellent knowledge about the phone I purchased and all this he is doing with a smile on his face. He helped me get my phone up and running and explained everything I need to know in detail, and even gave me a quick crash course on my new phone.
He is a very pleasant and friendly sales person and is such a huge asset for Cell C.
