Bad Customer Service

Since January I was unable to connect to the internet because there was no network. I made numerous complains with Cell C call centres and Cell C Menlyn and no one could not resolve my query. What frustrate me is that Cell C continues to overcharge me for the services that they did not offer. I cancelled my contract and they still deducted my account for services not rendered. All a need from you is my money back because you didn't render any service.
