In july last year cell c ended its contract with birdstep technology cutting off prepaid clients internet connection without notice! on querying u r told to go to a cell c branch and YOU must sort it out!!! i went to the northgate branch manned by several complete who said they could do nothing. For SIX MONTHS now i have sent possibly ONE HUNDRED e mails to cell c customer services and spoken to numerous staff including their legal department to NO AVAIL!!! they cut off my cell and car phone at the end of july too as i refused to pay until the 5 queries etc were sorted out. to this day nothing has been resolved! they happily bill me monthly for my cell contract and 2 gigs of internet data I CANT USE as they ended their provider contract!!! they will never attain profitability or market share even if they charged 10 cents a minute!!! 11
