Hello Cell C,
Thank you for your follow-up. As was clear from our discussions, it is very difficult to let Cell C understand that in any dispute there is at least 2 parties and it seems that Cell C is also not willing to understand and acknowledge that there can be a fault on their side and are not willing to accept the things that staff in Cell C said to me.
Cell C also said I have to get an IT person who knows how to desyfer the info in their latest e-mail -' usage Cell C'.
I actually don't know someone and will have to go and 'hunt someone down' which is a BIG PROBLEM. It would have been fantastic if Cell C's services include IT persons whom can actually help with that - after all, they have many IT persons on their payroll. Will have to contact you when I could manage to find someone whom could help.
