This is one of the worst call centre whore i have ever com across. She is giving MTN a bad name with her slanderous attitude. She does not even care about what the customer wants. She does not even try to comprehend what customer want.
Grace Siweya has a bad attitude and needs to be fired then maybe she will learn how to speak to clients when she is unemployed and poor
I was truly offended by her attitude towards. I have been with MTN for almost 4 years now and i have never experienced such a bad attitude.
