Terrible service from Cell C to change numbe

Cell c (clearwater) - open a contract 13/02. Needed my # brought over from Vodac
I was told I would only be able to be done at the end of the month, it would cost R250 & take 24hours.
I need my number as all my clients have that number.
I said it wouldn't be a problem as long as it is done 28/02
At the end of the Feb I called Cell C to do it.
I was then told that i needed to go to a shop buy another CellC sim (prepaid) & have it registered & Rica'd.
Then request to have the # brought over to cellC prepaid before it can be moved to contract
I went to CellC store (cw) to do this 5/03.
I was told that it would be sorted out by that Friday 8/03
When I called Cell C on Friday they told me that nothing has been done & that if they lodge the query that day it would only be sorted out by Tuesday 12/03 earliest.
i called back Monday 11/03 to follow up. I was told no progress had been made.
I called back Tuesday morning 12/03.
Doyle/Dwayne (manager in JHB office) promised to sort it out & call back before his shify ende. No call.
I called AGAIN in the afternoon, he had left & I had to re-explain.
I called 14/03.
It takes 10pax to fix problems
