BAD ATTITUDE AND NO CUSTOMER RELATIONS!!

It's not my first visit to this branch. The general attitude of the people working there is one of complete indifference, particularly the lady who is too busy 'loading' information onto the system, one can stand at the till and wait a good while before she looks ones way, acknowledgement -none, attitude - bad, like she's doing one a huge favour to take an order, no mention of imputing ones cell phone no as part of try 'rewards' system, and then messes up the order. I was not the only person muttering and a prospective table of 5 thought the attitude I received was so poor they vocalized that they were happy to walk to the other end of the centre to go to Vida who are ALWAYS friendly.

I was assured by Penny from Exclusive Books (who Seattle I believe rent the space from) that Bradley would call me. Well 7 and a half hours later I've heard nothing. Been there done that. There's good reason that Vida have the market pretty well sown up. There's too many unemployed people out there to have to employ people with a bad attitude. I challenge Seattle to send a friend or 'secret shopper' and have this experience as they really don't care. I'm voting with my wallet!!!
