After numerous calls regarding my Phone that went in for repairs and declared not reapirable after 2 months, Cell C was taking me from Pillar to Post, with no luck at all especially from their East Rand Mall Branch, which i thought would help me get my phone fixed, they are just useless, all i they know is to point fingers, even the Manager there Lesley is just an object there with no experiebce at all on how to manage customers complaints and her employees for that manner. I finally spoke to Mandla Ncube from who in less than 1 hour had my problem resolved. What was so difficult for ten people i spoke to at Cell C to not fix, that one person could resolve in less than an hour. What beats me is after i posted my complaint on Hello Peter, response came that Sandoz will call to assist me, He knew nothing, all he did was try bush the buck on me, he was not helpfull at all instead was rude and didn't even know what he was talking about. I would like to say THANK YOU TO MANDLA NCUBE FROM HEAD OFFICE 0113248000, who kept me updated on my query and resolved on the same day, Recieved Good News that my phone will be exchanged for a new Phone.
