On the 11 April 2013 I've send the following email to you.
"To Whom it may concern
Just wondering why it take so long for my phone to get to the store in Centurion mall.
It is almost 2 weeks now.
For a start this special should not be advertised with Vodacom in all Vodacom Booklets and pamphlets with reference's to Altech as providers if there is no phone's available.
It does not make sense."
It is almost 3 weeks now - You did not even care to respond to my direct approach.
So now I will do that through this "Open Public Forum" so that the whole world can see the level of customer service or not that you adhere to.
Pathetic...
