I cancelled my existing ADSL with effect of the end of April and down graded to a 4mb residential package. From the 2nd of April I had no internet service and reported to mweb customer support a few times. On the 11th I decided to cancel my service with mweb completely and was forced to move to another ISP as I have no internet.
I could not reply to emails and result of loosing a lot of business. Now mweb sent me a mail stating that they will cancel my contract but need to pay until the end of May as stated in terms and conditions "this service require a one calendar month notice period on cancellation. Please be advised that you are liable for the billing of this service until such date. " So we pay for service that we cant get or use!!!
