On 9 April I requested that my service with Mweb be cancelled. I asked that the 30 day notice period be waived due to extraordinary circumstances.
Mweb came back to me on 18 April in the form of Dawn Brummer, and confirmed that the notice period will be waived, and my service will be cancelled on 30 April. In addition I was assured that any payment would be rolled back when the cancellation takes effect.
When I phoned today I was informed the service will only be cancelled end of May and the payment that went through end of April will stand. This was confirmed by Dawn via email a few minutes later.
This is unacceptable. I would like the service cancelled with immediate effect and the payment rolled back. I have double checked and my contact details in Hellopeter are correct if you need to contact me.
