Nashua Mobile for the second time in 2 months disconnected the 3G contract account I have because they failed to deliver their invoice to me (via email, sms, post, telephonically) resulting in no payment from me. Phoning them quite irate, the credit controller put down the phone while I was complaining about their service! This is unacceptable from a company offering customer services and then failing to deliver a service which is expecte.
