On the 12/04 I requested Elite mobile not to convert my number to contract. Yesterday I received a message to say my number has been converted. As a result I have lost my internet access, I am unable to access BBM, Whatsapp, etc, and I have lost all my talking points that I have accumulated for months for a new phone. I am told that will only be rectified in 30 day which is totally unacceptable. I want my phone and my life back please.
