Good Day

Whoever just gave me a call from Telkom was rude, Firstly he wasnt sure what my query was and when I asked him a question he dropped the call. If this is the way they do business, I would not recommend anyone to Telkom

I want my service cancelled line and adsl ASAP

I called in today again and someone said they will cancel my line and adsl and I will get an sms within 30 minutes. That call was made a 9am. Still no sms to confirm my line has been cancelled
