A few months ago I upgraded to an iPhone 5. The package that was on offer was 200 anytime minutes, 500 sms and 500mb data per month for R400. I was very pleased with this package which motivated me to take this specific contract. I also had an 80sms bundle which was carried over from my previous contract. Last month I cancelled this bundle, because the 500sms package is more than enough for me. Now all of a sudden I only get 200 sms per month. I phoned Cell C's call centre and they say that my packages states that I only get 200 sms per month. How can this change all of a sudden without anyone telling me? I would like to get clarity on this matter as soon as possible as I am dependent on the 500 sms package. I send out messages regularly to a group of people and I am not planning on suddenly paying more on my account because of Cell C's slip up.
