No feedback on any complaints posted here

I have posted 3 complaints on Hello Peter and also a few on Vodacom's Facebook page. Send complaints to ceo@vodacom. The only feedback is the post they place replying to my complaint saying they will contact me soon. Thereafter they do no effort to contact or fix the mistake. Look at the ratings they just do not care.
