This is now my second post on Hello Peter regarding the lack of customer service at Pick 'n Pay, I have also sent them 6 emails and still no one has responded to my complaint, this initially started off as a complaint regarding incorrect pricing and now it includes lack of feedback regarding customer complaints. I was assured that someone from senior management would contact me regarding my complaint on Hello Peter posted on 5 June and it is now 12 June and no one has contacted me.
