After i have made 5 complaints about vodacom lack of service, broken phones, poor admin, insurance rip off, lack of help. No one from vodacom has been in contact with me except once to call and say they will call me back which was last year... literally. So here i go again and i have obtained the CEO of vodacom private contact details and i propose a high level manager calls me urgently 0825681970. Legal advisors have already drawn up documents for me to lay a formal case against vodacom. Lets see how vodacom laughs about this latest complaint...
