I have been complaining, phoning etc, but no feedback, everytime I am promised that someone will get back to me. Listen, I am tired of paying but not getting feedback, as a consumer I have every right to cancel this contract. Let someone email or contact me regarding the way to cancel this contract, or I will stop my debit order and payment is your problem seeing that I get no response from you regarding the about my cell phone that was repaired but is still not prepared. This is really poor service.
