CONTENT SERVICE SUBSCRIPTION

I have had it to the limits with Service providers who pass the buck.
I was subscribed to content services (R50 a month and more) and i didnt even suscribe as the SIm card is in a tablet with no sms features or call capability.
Vodacom are like a bank that takes your money and waits for you to complain so they can send a request and you never hear from them.
Below is a snippet of a trascript with a Vodacom Agent:

Ricardo: We can only wait until we receive feedback from the content provider which will be in the next 72 hours as I advised.
Russell Donaldson: you are not solving my problem, you are directing me to some company who is no doubt going to simply subscribe me again
Ricardo: We can only direct your request to the relevant service provider from our side... As I mentioned, you have been un-subscribed.
Russell Donaldson: and the back log, come on my friend, try put yourself in my shoes...
Ricardo: Like I mentioned Russell, there's nothing that we can do at this stage as to wait on feedback from the content provider.
Russell Donaldson: fine, im taking this further, thank you for your time
Ricardo: Sure, have a great day. Good Bye.

How pathetic and with no logic whatsoever!!!
