On the 10th of April I received a call from a call centre agent on behalf of Autopage. She advised about this wonderful new product on offer. I made it clear to her that I am not interested in taking on more. She insisted I hear her out and she will send me more informaiton about the product. I asked about three times whether any changes have been implemented to my contract and she ASSURED me, nothing has changed.
I then called Autopage on the 11th of April 2013 to make sure that nothing has been loaded to my contract, and the lady advised me that, additional amounts have indeed been loaded. I explained the call I received and advised her to immediately retract these changes. She did the necessary. I requested an immediate investigation on the call centre agent as this amounted to and misrepresentation. She loaded the incident. they inform me today that all this is still under investigation. this is unacceptable as this call centre is probably misleading and scamming many other indivuals in the interim. they have access to banking details etc and this poses a huge risk to the consumer. i require an immediate update and details of the individuals involved.
