I have a new business contract from Cell C and I'm writing here because I'm sick of excuses.
I got the contract on a 12 month basis (I ticked the twelve month box in the app myself). Afterwards I saw that the contract given to me was for 24 months. I've been back to the store over the past couple of months several times, and have been assured that it will be corrected, but to date nothing.. Can someone please help me sort this out!!!
The main reason I don't want to be in a 24 month contract with Cell C is that I was skeptical of the network quality. And believe me, it is a disgrace. I never have signal, I constantly lose business because people can't reach me, I can't phone out, struggle with accessing the internet.. And supposedly Polokwane is rather well covered on their maps? BS!
Fix your network Cell C, I'll definitely not be staying with you! And fix my contract problems!
